We have owned our house in the South of France for 6 years during which time we have carefully restored and transformed it into comfortable, stylish accommodation that retains its long French history and character. We are informal, but attentive hosts and can offer you more than a glimpse of French culture in this rural but accessible, unspoilt region of Languedoc. Nick is cordon bleu trained though he doesn’t mess with the food too much - it just doesn’t need it. He can accommodate gluten and dairy free diets.
